We’re looking for an Owner Success & Customer Support Intern to join our Porto and Lisbon team.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather and organize information from property owners to streamline communication.
- Validate and organize data for accuracy and consistency.
- Filter tickets and issues, ensuring they are routed to the correct channels.
- Support the team with daily tasks and initiatives to enhance owner satisfaction.
Skills You’ll Develop
- Communication and customer engagement skills.
- Problem-solving and data organization.
- Use of digital tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Canvas.
- Multitasking and prioritization in a hybrid work setting.
