🎯 Your Mission
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be a key player in our growth
by identifying, prospecting, and qualifying new business opportunities. Your main role
is to initiate conversations with prospects and generate qualified meetings for our sales
team.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting: Identify and reach out to high-potential prospects via cold
calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels - Lead Generation: Research and target new opportunities using prospecting tools
(Hubspot, Sales Navigator, Waalaxy, etc.). - Lead Qualification: Engage with decision-makers (CEO of concierge company, real
estate agency, hotel, etc.), assess their needs, and identify business opportunities. - Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives.
- Close Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams: Share market insights and
help refine acquisition strategies. - CRM Management: Track and document all interactions with prospects to maintain a
well-structured and optimized pipeline.
🛠 Tools We Use
- CRM: HubSpot
- Prospecting: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Waalaxy
- Communication: Slack, Google Meet, Aircall
⚡ Your Profile
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or prospecting
(internships/apprenticeships included). - Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong resilience and a passion for challenges.
- Comfortable using CRM and prospecting tools.
- Experience in cold calling and cold emailing is a plus.
- Team player with a drive to hit ambitious goals.
- Native in French. Being also fluent in English would be a real plus.
