We’re looking for a People & Culture Intern to lead our recruitment efforts, ensuring we attract top talent and meet our growth objectives. Reporting to the Global Head of People, you will shape and execute our people strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment process from role definition to offer extension.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet ongoing talent needs.
• Build relationships with external partners and universities to expand our talent pool.
• Drive recruitment process improvements for better efficiency.
• Represent GuestReady at recruitment events.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in English and Portuguese (additional languages are a plus).
• 4+ years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related fields.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
