📌 Role Overview
You will actively manage direct reservations with the help of the team on the ground for viewings. You will optimize external reservations through different channels. You will maximize booking revenue through price adjustments based on market research for the properties assigned.
🎯 Key Responsibilities & Tasks
✅ Provide professional and timely support via email and phone.
Example: Answer owner questions about reservations, cancellations, and property management in a professional and friendly manner.
✅ Address owner inquiries and troubleshoot booking-related issues.
Example: Assist owners in resolving issues like double bookings, payment discrepancies, or guest complaints.
✅ Act as the first point of contact for owners with active bookings.
Example: Proactively reach out to owners if there are any urgent matters affecting their property or guests.
✅ Take ownership of issues, solving them or escalating when needed.
Example: Investigate reported maintenance issues and coordinate with the operations team for a quick resolution.
✅ Maintain high service quality and owner satisfaction levels.
Example: Follow up on open cases to ensure a smooth resolution and a positive owner experience.
✅ Stay up to date with GuestReady’s processes and tools.
Example: Learn and master our internal booking and management systems to provide accurate and efficient support.
✅ Proactively find solutions to owner requests and exceed expectations.
Example: Offer personalized tips or alternative solutions to owners facing difficulties with their listing or guest experience.
🛠 What You Need to Succeed
🔹 Strong communication and multitasking skills.
🔹 Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
🔹 Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or similar roles.
🔹 Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
🔹 Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools.
🔹 Ability to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends, holidays).
🔹 Positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
