We're looking for an experienced Content Marketing Manager to step in temporarily while covering a maternity leave.

Your Role:
We're looking for a Content Marketing Manager to oversee the end-to-end content production process, from managing our website’s feature pages to optimizing blog articles and guides. This hands-on, operational role requires strong project management skills, SEO expertise, and experience working with external freelancers.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage and execute the content calendar, aligning with SEO and marketing goals
✅ Oversee content production by coordinating freelancers (writers, translators, editors)
✅ Review, optimize, and maintain high-quality content across all platforms
✅ Identify, manage, and onboard freelancers as needed
✅ Ensure timely publishing of content across RentalReady’s digital platforms
✅ Manage and update content directly in WordPress
✅ Explore innovative strategies for organic content distribution

What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Process-driven & highly organized – You excel at managing workflows and deadlines
🔹 SEO-savvy – You know how to optimize content for maximum visibility
🔹 WordPress expertise – Experience with uploading, editing, and formatting content
🔹 Excellent communication skills – You can align and manage freelancer relationships
🔹 A doer & project manager – You take full ownership of content execution
🔹 Fluent English – Perfect written and spoken skills are a must
🔹 Additional languages – Proficiency in French, Spanish, or other language is a plus
