π― Your Mission
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), youβll play a key role in driving RentalReadyβs growth by identifying, prospecting, and qualifying new business opportunities. Youβll be on the front lines, engaging with potential clients and setting up high-value meetings for our sales team
π What Youβll Do:
β Prospect & Outreach β Identify and engage potential clients via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and more.
β Lead Generation & Qualification β Use tools like HubSpot, Sales Navigator, and Waalaxy to find and qualify leads.
β Appointment Setting β Schedule high-quality meetings for our Account Executives.
β Collaboration β Work closely with the Sales & Marketing teams to refine our acquisition strategy.
β CRM Management β Keep track of interactions and maintain a structured sales pipeline.
β‘ Your Profile:
πΉ 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or prospecting (internships included).
πΉ Strong communication & persuasion skills.
πΉ Resilient, proactive, and passionate about challenges.
πΉ Comfortable using CRM and prospecting tools.
πΉ Experience with cold calling & cold emailing is a plus.
πΉ English and Spanish Fluency
