Now, we’re on the lookout for a Guest Excellence: Live Operations Associate to join our Dubai office.
As a Guest Excellence: Live Operations Associate, you will be at the frontline of our operations team, handling escalated guest issues that require strong local knowledge, problem-solving skills, and proactive resolution. You will be the bridge between our Customer Support team and on-ground operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences by coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including maintenance, quality, housekeeping, account management, and building management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Issue Resolution: Handle escalated guest concerns via phone, email, and chat, ensuring swift and effective solutions while maintaining high guest satisfaction.
- Operational Coordination: Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to manage maintenance, cleaning, and quality control issues.
- Check-in & Compliance Management: Oversee check-ins at a community level, submit required IDs, and secure move-in permits in coordination with building management.
- Ticketing System Management: Open, track, and close tickets efficiently to ensure all guest concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
- Service Optimization: Identify operational inefficiencies and contribute to process improvements that enhance overall guest experience.
- Personalized Guest Experience: Provide tailored support to guests, ensuring a seamless stay and a high level of satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail to uphold service quality and compliance.
- Organized & Efficient: Excellent organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple priorities.
- Local Expertise: Strong knowledge of local areas, building management processes, and short-term rental operations.
- Guest-Centric Mindset: A proactive, customer-first approach with a problem-solving attitude.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using ticketing systems, scheduling tools, PMS (Property Management Systems), and spreadsheets.
- Results-Driven: Motivated to take ownership, optimize workflows, and enhance the guest experience.
- Exceptional Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Language Requirements:
- Fluent English (required)
- French, Arabic, or Russian (highly desirable)
