Freelance Meet & Greeter - Lyon

GuestReady is a leading short-term rental and hospitality services management company, operating in the UK, France, Portugal, Spain, and the UAE. Since our founding in 2016, we’ve aimed to revolutionize the short-term rental industry through innovative technology and a commitment to exceptional hospitality.

We are currently looking to hire a freelance Meet & Greeter to check in guests at our properties across Lyon and assist our Operations team with on-ground tasks such as key pickups and deliveries, property quality checks, coordinating with service providers, and delivering items.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent in French with a good level of English.
• A presentable and friendly individual, ideally with experience in customer service or hospitality.
• Willingness to travel to various locations around Lyon and have your own means of transportation.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.
• Capable of explaining how to use appliances and heating in the home.
• Able to work with tools like Slack and our internal system (training provided).
• Capable of troubleshooting minor issues with appliances and heating/hot water, with basic repair skills.
• Flexible working hours. Our guest check-ins occur between 11 AM and midnight, every day of the week.

This position is ideal for a freelance worker or university student with a flexible schedule looking to earn extra income.
