GuestReady Meet & Greeter (Freelance) – Lisbon

GuestReady is a leading short-term rental and hospitality services management company, operating in the UK, France, Portugal, Spain, and the UAE. Since our founding in 2016, we’ve aimed to revolutionize the short-term rental industry through innovative technology and a dedication to exceptional hospitality.

We are looking for a freelance Meet & Greeter to check in guests at our properties in Lisbon and assist our Operations team with various on-ground tasks.

What You’ll Do:

🚪 Check guests into our properties

🔑 Handle key pickups and deliveries

✅ Conduct property quality checks

🤝 Coordinate with service providers

📦 Deliver items as needed

What We’re Looking For:

🌐 Fluency in English & Portuguese

😃 A friendly and presentable individual, ideally with customer service or hospitality experience

🚗 Willingness to travel to various locations in Lisbon (own transportation required; having a car/moto is a plus)

🔍 Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality

🛠️ Able to explain appliance and heating usage in the home

💻 Comfortable using tools like Slack and our internal systems (training will be provided)

🔧 Capable of troubleshooting minor issues with appliances, heating, and hot water with basic repair skills

⏰ Flexible working hours, as check-ins occur between 11 AM and midnight, every day of the week

Important:
This position is perfect for freelancers or university students with a flexible schedule looking to earn extra income. Candidates must be registered as self-employed/auto-entrepreneurs in order to provide monthly invoices for their services.
