📍 Location: Porto, Portugal

Are you passionate about people, culture, and creating meaningful employee experiences? Are you eager to kickstart your career in HR and grow within a fast-paced, international environment? GuestReady is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic People & Culture Associate Intern to join our team in Porto!

🌟 What you’ll be doing:

• Support the recruitment process from job posting to interview coordination
• Help onboard new joiners and contribute to improving the onboarding experience
• Assist in organizing wellbeing, culture, and learning initiatives
• Work on employee engagement and internal communication projects
• Help maintain and update HR records and documentation
• Contribute to employer branding campaigns and partnerships with universities
• Support in daily administrative HR tasks and internal projects

✅ What we’re looking for:

• Eligible for an IEFP Professional Internship
• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or similar
• A true people person with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
• Available to work from our Porto office (hybrid flexibility possible)
