🧩 About the Role: Operations Intern (Barcelona)

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and people-loving individual to join our operations team in Barcelona. If you’re passionate about hospitality, love solving problems, and want to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup, this is your chance!

🛠️ Your Responsibilities

Build trust-based, respectful relationships with guests 🤝

Support the reception and housekeeping teams with daily operations 🧼

Handle issues tactfully to ensure guest satisfaction and cost efficiency 🧠

Manage reservations and guest communications (Front & Back Office) 💻📞

✅ Requirements

Based in Barcelona 📍

Fluent in Spanish and English 🇪🇸🇬🇧

Experience in hospitality, reception, or tourism 🏨

Availability to work weekends and flexible schedules 🕐

Calm and composed under pressure 😌

Quick thinker and problem solver ⚡

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 🔍

Team player with excellent communication and empathy 💬

Eager to learn and grow 🌱
