📌 Role Overview
You will be responsible for leading a dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest operational standards across our vacation rental properties. In this role, you’ll drive continuous improvement, ensure service excellence, and support business growth through effective leadership, streamlined processes, and a commitment to operational excellence. If you’re a hands-on, results-driven professional with a passion for hospitality and team development, we’d love to meet you.
🎯 Key Responsibilities & Tasks
Team Leadership
Lead a dynamic team for guest relations, property upkeep, property inspections (Spot Checks, Quality Checks, Onboarding and Offboarding), maintenance, and overall guest satisfaction.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment through effective leadership.
Recruit, train, and oversee a high-performing team, promoting a culture of hospitality and excellence.
Operational Management
Develop, implement and improve quality inspection processes, ensuring high standards across all properties.
Supervise field operations, quality and maintenance teams for timely issue resolution and adherence to company SOP’s and standards.
Oversee 3rd party providers, ensuring contractual compliance and maintaining high-quality service delivery.
Work closely with the Guest Excellence team to streamline operational processes and step in to support leadership responsibilities when the team lead is unavailable.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to uphold the consistent application and adherence to SOPs and operational standards.
Coach and develop team members to support continuous improvement and ongoing learning.
Strategic Planning
Continuously assess and enhance processes to exceed customer expectations.
Propose and implement strategies for team profitability and explore revenue growth opportunities.
Implement cost control measures for optimised operational expenses without compromising service quality.
Develop and uphold quality standards for all aspects of vacation home management.
Business Tools Proficiency
Utilise task management, team communication, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and relevant software.
Demonstrate proficiency in presentation, business analytics, and insights.
🛠 What You Need to Succeed
🔹 Experience as a senior team member or managing a team, preferably in Facilities Management, Customer Service, or Hospitality.
🔹 Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
🔹 Immediate availability is a plus.
🔹 Valid UAE Driver's License required.
