We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition & People & Culture Associate (IEFP Internship)to lead our recruitment efforts, ensuring we attract top talent and meet our growth objectives. Reporting to the Global Head of People, you will shape and execute our people strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment process from role definition to offer extension.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet ongoing talent needs.
• Build relationships with external partners and universities to expand our talent pool.
• Drive recruitment process improvements for better efficiency.
• Represent GuestReady at recruitment events.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics.
• Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction campaigns
• Collaborate on People & Culture initiatives: engagement, onboarding, wellbeing, and internal communication
• Assist with learning & development and performance-related projects

What We’re Looking For:

• Eligible for IEFP internship (registered as a jobseeker in Portugal)
• Fluency in English, Portuguese, and French  
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related fields.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
• Based in Porto or able to work from the office 2x/week
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools/platforms
• Strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence
• Flexible, collaborative, and eager to take initiative, with a good sense of humor
• Passionate about people, culture, and continuous improvement
• Open-minded and comfortable working in a dynamic, multicultural environment
