Now, we’re on the lookout for a strategic, hands-on Operations Manager to lead our Barcelona team and drive operational excellence across the market!
📌 Role Overview
As an Operations Manager, you’ll lead the Barcelona operations team, ensuring smooth daily execution while driving long-term efficiency, process optimization, and growth.
You’ll balance strategic oversight with practical problem-solving — managing people, improving systems, and ensuring we deliver top-quality service to our guests and property owners.
🎯 Key Responsibilities & Tasks
✅ Lead and develop the operations team — coach, motivate, and hold the team accountable for performance and quality.
✅ Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
✅ Optimize SOPs and workflows, implementing process improvements that enhance productivity and service standards.
✅ Use data and KPIs to monitor results, identify areas for improvement, and guide decision-making.
✅ Collaborate cross-functionally with Owner Success, Guest Experience, Finance, and Product teams to align goals and priorities.
✅ Manage external providers, ensuring top service quality, cost control, and contractual compliance.
✅ Anticipate and resolve operational challenges, implementing preventive measures to avoid recurring issues.
✅ Balance cost and quality, protecting both profitability and guest/owner satisfaction.
✅ Leverage automation and AI tools to increase efficiency and reduce manual workload.
✅ Act as the main bridge between local operations and senior leadership, ensuring alignment and clear communications.
🛠 What You Need to Succeed
🔹 4–6 years of experience in operations, hospitality, logistics, or property management.
🔹 Proven track record in team leadership and performance management.
🔹 Strong organizational and analytical skills, confident working with KPIs and dashboards.
🔹 Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
🔹 Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
🔹 Calm under pressure, proactive, and solution-oriented.
🔹 Experience managing cross-functional projects and external providers.
🔹 Tech-savvy and eager to adopt automation tools to scale operations.
