We’re now looking for a committed and proactive Guest Experience Specialist to join our international team and help us deliver exceptional service to our guests and property owners.
📌 Role Overview
As a Level 2 Guest Experience Specialist, you’ll work closely with Level 1 agents and other Level 2s to ensure every customer interaction meets our quality standards and service level agreements. You’ll act as a key escalation point, provide coaching and guidance, and help maintain a positive, high-performing team environment—especially during busy or challenging moments.
🎯 Key Responsibilities & Tasks
✅ Guide and support junior team members to ensure they follow procedures and deliver excellent service.
✅ Provide feedback and assistance when the team has questions or makes mistakes.
✅ Take ownership of complex cases that require advanced problem-solving or decision-making.
✅ Demonstrate professionalism, quality, and reliability in your own work to inspire others.
✅ Be proactive and accountable for your shift and team performance.
✅ Communicate with guests via our internal mailbox with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
✅ Help identify process improvements to make the guest experience smoother and more consistent.
🛠 What You Need to Succeed
🔹 Previous experience in customer service or operations within the hospitality industry (mandatory).
🔹 Experience in a supervisory, mentoring, or team lead role (highly preferred).
🔹 Strong understanding of customer service best practices and escalation handling.
🔹 Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
🔹 Ability to stay calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
🔹 A strong sense of accountability, teamwork, and service quality.
🔹 Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
🔹 Hybrid work model – 2 days per week in the office.
💡 Preferred Skills
✨ Familiarity with hospitality CRMs and ticketing systems.
✨ Experience supporting or managing remote teams.
✨ Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
