We’re now looking for a Brazil-based Guest Experience Specialist to join our Global Guest Experience Team, supporting guests around the world and ensuring they enjoy a seamless stay — even while the rest of Europe sleeps! 🌙
📌 Role Overview
As part of our Night Operations Team, you’ll be working during European night hours, ensuring our guests continue to receive top-quality support 24/7.
If you’re passionate about hospitality, love solving problems, and have a knack for clear, friendly communication, this role is for you. You’ll manage guest inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and keep operations running smoothly overnight — playing a key role in maintaining GuestReady’s excellent service standards.
We’re looking for someone who’s independent, proactive, and resourceful, with a strong sense of responsibility and good judgment in decision-making.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
✅ Provide fast, professional, and friendly support to guests via email, chat, and phone.
➡ Example: Assist with check-in instructions, property details, or last-minute requests.
✅ Troubleshoot and resolve booking-related issues.
➡ Example: Manage date changes, payment errors, or double bookings with care and efficiency.
✅ Act as the first point of contact for guests with active reservations.
➡ Example: Proactively reach out if any issues arise (maintenance, cleaning delays, etc.) to ensure a smooth stay.
✅ Take ownership of guest issues, solving them independently or escalating when needed.
➡ Example: Coordinate with local teams to resolve urgent problems like heating or Wi-Fi failures.
✅ Maintain high service quality and guest satisfaction levels.
➡ Example: Follow up to confirm each guest’s issue was fully resolved and their experience improved.
✅ Stay up to date with GuestReady’s tools, processes, and quality standards.
➡ Example: Master our internal Property Management System (RentalReady) to handle cases efficiently.
✅ Go the extra mile to delight our guests.
➡ Example: Offer local tips, arrange special requests, or suggest creative solutions to enhance their stay.
🛠 What You’ll Need to Succeed
Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Fluency in Portuguese and English (French or Spanish is a plus!).
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or similar roles.
A proactive attitude and strong problem-solving mindset.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools.
Ability to work European night hours.
Positive energy and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
