We are now looking for an Owner Success Associate to join our Porto office (hybrid model) and help us deliver outstanding experiences to property owners partnering with GuestReady.

🌟 Role Overview

As an Owner Success Associate, you’ll be the main contact for property owners, ensuring smooth communication, quick problem resolution, and strong long-term partnerships.

Your goal is simple:
👉 Help owners feel confident, supported, and successful with GuestReady.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Respond to owner inquiries clearly and professionally
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational or guest-related issues
• Keep accurate records of owner interactions in internal systems
• Take ownership of issues until they are resolved
• Work closely with colleagues to maintain service quality during busy periods
• Identify recurring problems and suggest improvements
• Adapt to evolving tools, processes, and workflows

✅ What You Need to Succeed

• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Fluent Portuguese & English (spoken and written)
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or client support roles
• Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude
• Comfortable working with digital tools and systems
• Positive, adaptable, and team-oriented approach
