GuestReady is a game-changer in short-term rental and hospitality management, operating across the UK, France, Portugal, Spain, and the UAE. Since 2016, we’ve been redefining the industry with RentalReady, our in-house Property Management Software.
We use it internally to deliver top-notch guest experiences, and we also offer it as a SaaS solution to other property managers.

We’re now looking for a Full-Stack Django / React Developer to join our fully remote Product Team. 🚀

📌 Role Overview

You’ll contribute to RentalReady, built with Python / Django and React, and join our Finance Squad.
This team owns critical financial workflows, including:

• Payment processing pipelines

• Invoicing and accounting integrations

• Host payout management

• Financial reconciliation

In short, you’ll work on the end-to-end money flow, from guest payment collection to host payouts.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Tasks

• Maintain and improve existing features, mainly on the front-end
  Example: Redesigning the office edit page

• Develop new UI/UX features in close collaboration with the back-end team
  Example: Creating a new dashboard for owners to visualize financial flows

🛠 What You Need to Succeed

• Basic knowledge of Python / Django

• Strong skills in CSS and JavaScript (React is a big plus)

• Experience working within a product-driven team

• Familiarity with pull request reviews and collaborative workflows

• Fluency in English

• Experience working in a remote environment

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset

• A positive attitude in a fast-paced setting
