The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Onboarding & Owner Success Supervisor to join our Barcelona team and support our growth across Spain.
You will be responsible for leading the Onboarding & Owner Success team, activating new properties, and ensuring an excellent experience for our owners from day one. This role combines people leadership, owner management and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the Onboarding & Owner Success team as a Team Lead / Supervisor
Manage and oversee the end-to-end onboarding of new properties
Ensure properties are correctly activated on rental platforms
Receive new properties and conduct on-site onboarding checks in Barcelona and surrounding areas
Coordinate with local suppliers (photographers, cleaning and maintenance teams)
Oversee owner accounts, ensuring requests and issues are handled with urgency and care
Act as a point of escalation for owner complaints or complex operational issues
Handle owner communication via phone and email in a professional and empathetic way
Monitor KPIs, workflows, client feedback and contribute to process improvements
Work closely with internal teams to improve onboarding quality and owner satisfaction
What You Bring
3+ years of experience in Operations, Customer Support, Client Success or similar roles
Experience in the hospitality, property or short-term rental market in Spain
Previous experience leading or supervising a team (formal or informal)
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable working with international and partially remote teams
Fluent in Spanish and English
Nice to Have
Experience with Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo or PMS tools
CRM or ticketing system experience
Driving licence
