We are currently looking for a Guest Support Representative (French & English Speaker) to join our growing hospitality team.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, fluent in French and English, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience from pre-booking to post-stay.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional and friendly support to guests via chat, phone, and email, ensuring inquiries are handled promptly and accurately.
Act as the first point of contact for guests experiencing check-in, cleaning, maintenance, or check-out issues, taking full ownership and delivering fast, effective solutions.
Perform basic troubleshooting for common requests (e.g., Wi-Fi resets or minor technical issues).
Maintain a high level of quality and professionalism in all interactions, ensuring guests feel heard and valued.
Proactively identify and resolve potential issues to guarantee guest satisfaction.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of GuestReady’s tools, systems, and processes.
Accurately document all guest interactions in our internal systems.
Take initiative in finding creative solutions that exceed guest expectations.
What We’re Looking For
Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Spanish is a strong plus.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or related fields.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
Comfortable using technology and learning new systems.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
