Role Overview 🌏:
We are looking for an Inbound Growth Lead with strong expertise in SEO, content strategy, and organic acquisition to define and scale our inbound growth engine. The position is based anywhere in Portugal.
The priority of this role is to build and execute a clear, high-impact growth strategy, identifying the most valuable opportunities across search, content, and conversion.
You will own the end-to-end inbound funnel (from traffic acquisition to conversion) and leverage automation and AI tools to accelerate execution, improve efficiency, and scale what works, without compromising on quality or strategic clarity.
You will also contribute to initiatives that improve operational efficiency and customer acquisition through the practical application of automation and AI, and help identify where AI can create the most leverage across the growth stack.
This is a hands-on strategic role, combining deep marketing expertise with a systems-thinking mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Strategy & Growth Opportunities
Define the inbound growth strategy across key markets, segments, and customer profiles
Identify and prioritize high-impact SEO and content opportunities across the funnel
Build a clear roadmap for organic growth, balancing quick wins and long-term scalability
Establish positioning, messaging, and content angles that differentiate GuestReady in search
Identify where AI and automation can create the highest leverage, and align initiatives with clear strategic goals
Search & Organic Growth (SEO, AEO & Emerging Channels)
Own the SEO strategy end-to-end, including keyword strategy, content architecture, and technical foundations
Drive organic acquisition across traditional search engines and emerging AI-driven discovery channels
Adapt strategies to evolving search behaviors, including AI-driven search and answer engines (AEO)
Develop scalable content systems to support growth across multiple markets and languages
Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize performance across search ecosystems
Growth Systems & Scalable Execution
Design and implement scalable inbound growth systems across acquisition and conversion
Build efficient content production and distribution workflows, leveraging AI to increase speed, consistency, and coverage
Identify opportunities to increase output, efficiency, and scalability without sacrificing quality
Integrate AI tools and automation into marketing workflows to improve efficiency and performance
Funnel Optimization & Performance
Improve conversion across the inbound funnel through testing, iteration, and data-driven decisions
Design and run experimentation frameworks, incorporating AI-driven insights where relevant
Implement segmentation, personalization, and lead management approaches to maximize impact
Continuously identify opportunities to reduce inefficiencies and improve performance
Performance & Impact
Drive measurable improvements in:
Organic traffic and visibility
Customer acquisition cost (CAC)
Conversion rates across the funnel
Content production efficiency
Define, track, and report on key growth KPIs
Build scalable systems that enable growth without proportional increases in resources
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing, Product, Data, and Engineering teams
Align growth initiatives with product experience and conversion flows
Help drive the effective adoption of AI, automation, and data-driven workflows across marketing
Contribute to building scalable, efficient ways of working across teams
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in SEO, inbound growth, or performance marketing
Strong hands-on experience in SEO and organic growth strategy (technical, content, and/or programmatic SEO)
Proven ability to define and execute growth strategies, not only optimize existing processes
Experience driving measurable organic growth (traffic, rankings, or inbound pipeline)
Strong understanding of search intent, keyword strategy, and content distribution
Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, or Data teams
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Experience using AI tools and automation to scale marketing execution and improve performance
Ability to identify high-impact opportunities for AI and automation within a broader strategy
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Nice to Have ✨
Experience building scalable content or automation systems using AI tools
Familiarity with APIs, no-code/low-code tools, or marketing automation platforms
Exposure to experimentation frameworks, CRO, or predictive analytics
Experience in marketplaces, hospitality, or proptech
