π― Your Mission:
Be the face of GuestReady on the ground and create smooth, memorable guest experiences by:
πͺ Welcoming guests and managing check-ins
π Handling key pick-ups and deliveries
β Performing property quality checks
π€ Coordinating with service providers
π¦ Delivering essential items to properties
π οΈ Explaining appliances, heating, and property features
π§ Troubleshooting minor issues when needed
πΌ What Weβre Looking For:
π Fluent in English & Portuguese
π Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
π Own transportation (car or motorbike required)
π Detail-oriented with high quality standards
π» Comfortable with digital tools (Slack & internal systems β training included)
β° Flexible schedule (check-ins can happen any day, between 11 AM and midnight)
