We are looking for an Operations Associate to join our Lisbon team!
This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about π¨ hospitality, βοΈ operations, and π customer experience to grow within a fast-paced, international, and high-growth company.
π― Key Responsibilities
π€ Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with guests
π§Ή Support daily operations across departments including Maintenance and Housekeeping
π Manage reservations, guest communication, and day-to-day operational tasks
π» Use our PMS and internal tools to coordinate information effectively
β Ensure smooth processes and consistently high service standards
π οΈ Solve problems quickly while delivering exceptional guest experiences
π What Weβre Looking For
π£οΈ Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)
π Based in Lisbon with flexibility to work shifts and weekends (on-site role)
π¨ Experience in hospitality, tourism, reception, or customer-facing operations
π§ Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure
π Guest-centric approach with excellent communication skills
π Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
π± Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
