💼 The Opportunity

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our People team!

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about recruitment, people operations, and talent strategy to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing, international company. You’ll play a key role in helping us attract top talent across multiple markets while learning the foundations of strategic hiring.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• 🔎 Source and identify potential candidates across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)

• 📄 Screen CVs and support the initial candidate selection process

• 📞 Coordinate interviews and maintain smooth communication with candidates

• 🤝 Support hiring managers and the People team throughout recruitment processes

• 📊 Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment pipelines

• 🌟 Manage and coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.

• 📝 Assist with global projects from the People Team

🔍 What We’re Looking For

• 🎓 Currently studying or recently graduated in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field

• 🗣️ Fluent in English

• 💻 Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and people strategy

• 📢 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• 🔍 Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organised

• 🚀 Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• 🌱 Eager to learn, adaptable, and excited to grow within an international company
