🔍 What we’re looking for:

- Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)

- Based in Lisbon, with flexibility to work weekends and shifts (on-site role)

- Experience in hospitality, reception, or tourism

- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure

- Guest-centric approach with excellent people skills

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

🎯 Your responsibilities:

- Build strong, trust-based relationships with guests

- Support daily operations across departments like Maintenance and Housekeeping

- Manage reservations, guest communications, and daily operational tasks

- Use our PMS and internal tools to coordinate and share information effectively

- Field Work

- Quality Control & Inspections.
